Trading in your car: how to actually get the best price

A 15-minute prep job can add hundreds to your trade-in value. Here's the exact checklist we wish every customer ran before driving onto our lot.

01 Do you take trade-ins?

Yes, on every car we sell. Send us the details of your current car (make, model, year, kilometres, condition) and we'll come back with a value within hours. The trade-in value rolls straight into your new car, so you don't need a deposit. If we end up not buying yours but you still want our car, no problem, you can sell yours separately.

02 Do you offer financing?

We work with established Dutch finance partners and can arrange a loan or PCP for most of our cars. Pre-approval usually takes a couple of working days. Send a message with the car you're interested in and we'll walk you through the options, monthly payment, term, and total cost up-front.

03 What happens if something breaks after I buy it?

Every car comes with a 12-month warranty option that covers major mechanical and electrical components (engine, gearbox, drivetrain, electronics). It's optional, not mandatory, and we'll explain exactly what's covered before you buy. Outside warranty, we still want to hear about it, our reputation depends on cars holding up.

04 Can I see the car's history before I come?

Always. Every car on our lot has been NAP-verified for mileage, has its full RDW history checked, and most have a complete service book. Ask us for the report on any specific car and we'll send it over before you make the trip. No surprises at the desk.

05 How fast can I drive away with a car?

Same-day handover is standard if you're paying directly. Bring your ID and we handle the RDW transfer in-house, you drive away the same afternoon. Finance deals add 2-3 working days for the paperwork on the lender's side.

06 Do you deliver outside Leeuwarden?

Yes, anywhere in the Netherlands. Delivery is free within the Friesland province; outside that we charge a small fee to cover the time and fuel. Send us the postcode and we'll quote it up-front.

07 Can I test drive without an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. To make sure the car is on the lot and not currently out on another test drive, a short message ahead helps, but it's not required. Bring your driving licence and we'll get you on the road in 10 minutes.

08 Are your prices negotiable?

Our prices are set carefully against the live market. We'd rather price it correctly upfront than start high and negotiate down. That said, on trade-ins or full-cash deals, there's sometimes room to do something for you, just ask.
